Accessibility Statement
Premise
Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022 implemented Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services.
Guidelines on service accessibility, pursuant to Article 21 of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022.
The decree was published in the Official Journal (General Series No. 152 of 01-07-2022) and entered into force on 16 July 2022, but its provisions are effective from 28 June 2025.
UGA Nutraceuticals srl is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Italian Law No. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements of products and services. This accessibility statement applies to the websites https://www.omegor.com/.
Compatibility status with requirements
The website https://www.omegor.com/ is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the non-compliances and/or exceptions listed below. UGA Nutraceuticals srl, together with its suppliers, is conducting an analysis to take the necessary steps to make the affected sites accessible and compliant with the standard.
Inaccessible content
The following content is not accessible because it is not compatible with the underlying harmonized standard EN 301 549:
- There are links without link text on many pages.
- On a page there is a list element that is not part of a list.
- On several pages, the contrast between text and background is too low.
- Single pages contain unlabeled iframe elements. Navigating iframes with screen readers is difficult.
- Several pages contain unlabeled form fields. It's difficult to navigate to the form fields with screen readers.
- All the pages contain unlabeled buttons. It's difficult to navigate to the buttons with screen readers.
- There are titles on many pages that either do not have a caption or contain the aria-hidden attribute and are therefore not accessible to screen readers.
- There are invalid values for the aria attribute on several pages. They aren't recognized by screen readers and therefore aren't displayed correctly.
- The values of the 'autocomplete' attributes are incorrect on a page. As a result, they may not be recognized by the browser.
- On individual pages, there are focusable elements that are marked as decorative and are therefore accessible to assistive technologies, but which should actually be ignored.
- On single pages, a parent element lacks corresponding child elements. This can confuse screen reader users, as they expect content that isn't there.
- On many pages, there are particularly important areas that are marked with the "region" role but are not labeled. This means that screen reader users cannot recognize the purpose and content of the area.
- There are interactive elements on all pages whose names aren't part of the labeling. This makes it difficult to control the website using voice control.
- There are elements on individual pages that are assigned to a role but do not contain the required attributes. These elements may not display correctly with screen readers depending on their role.
- There are lists on individual pages that contain items that do not belong in the lists. As a result, the lists may not be displayed correctly by assistive technologies.
