The quality of the services provided is a direct consequence of the organization's operating methods, which, to be successful, must pursue the following strategies:

  1. Increased market share also through continued attention to changes in consumer eating and lifestyle habits;
  2. Openness to listening to the consumer (suggestions, preferences, etc.)
  3. Speed in deliveries and in fulfilling what was agreed with the customer;
  4. Supply of controlled, quality and eco-sustainable products;
  5. Growth of internal staff skills.

The above-described Quality Policy is reflected in the Company's identification of internal and external factors and stakeholders relevant to the Quality Management System, through an analysis of strengths and weaknesses. This analysis leads to the identification of risks and opportunities and related actions and quality objectives, which are measurable and quantifiable through specific indicators. These indicators will be explained and monitored during the Quality System Review phases conducted periodically by senior management, at least once a year.

All company managers are required to implement the Quality System, disseminate knowledge of it, and systematically monitor operational activities to ensure that all personnel operate with adequate competence regarding the quality requirements of the service and the operating methods defined in the established procedures.

This policy will be discussed and, if necessary, revised during the Management Review, at least once a year.
